Responsibilities:

• Keep abreast of training trends, developments and best practices
• Identify training needs and design training programs for property development and frontline security staff
• Conduct orientation program for frontline security staff
• Plan and implement the Property Trainee Program and make sure the program is running smoothly

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Development/Management
• At least 8 years’ experience in training and development management, preferably in property related industry
• Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua and Cantonese
