What you will be doing
You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment process from gathering requirements, sourcing candidates, screening, qualifying, to offering stage. You will be the focal point of contact to the candidates, to develop and maintain strong relationship by providing consultative career advice. To become a professional recruiter, you will proactively obtain industry knowledge and market update through various channels. 

Who is the ideal candidate
You should possess a bachelor degree in any discipline, with at least 1 year of experience working in recruitment or related areas. Candidates with IT background will be a huge plus Fresh graduate will be considered as Researcher. You should possess sound knowledge of recruitment process. To be successful in this role, you should show your passion in recruitment and be willing to learn new knowledge. We work with teammates across different regions, good command in English and Mandarin is essential.
