 Job Description:

• Prepare, conduct data analysis and prepare report
• Handle and solve merchant / client’s enquiries on daily basis
• Conduct business research ad understand user’s feedback by phone call
• Assist to marketing campaigns, design and logistic arrangements of various types of events
• Liaise and coordinate with other departments to make sure all the operational flows are smooth and efficient

Requirements:

• 1-2 years’ experience in E-Commerce or Payment platform / Banking background an advantage (Fresh graduate are also welcome)
• Knowledge in WeChat pay would be advantage  
• Good in MS Office (MS Word, Excel)
• Possess strong analytical and presentation skills with strong knowledge
• Attentive to details, patient and strong responsibility and can work under pressure
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Young and energetic working culture
• Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English, knowledge of Mandarin is a plus
