Responsibilities:

• Provide full spectrum of HR administration for Hong Kong and Asia, including contract preparation, onboarding process, monthly payroll, MPF, taxation, exit, employee benefits scheme, performance appraisal, liaise with insurance companies in different regions
• Maintain HR system database and update staff personal profile
• Maintain a proper and systematic personnel filing system
• Maintain employee leave record
• Co-ordinate recruitment activities including CV screening and interview arrangements
• Provide general HR support and services to team members
• Assist to draft, develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with Company requirement and HK law
• Assist in HR compliance and legislative requirements in Hong Kong and Asia
• Handle visa application, extension and relocation for expatriates
• Prepare regular HR reports and correspondence
• Assist in training coordination, such as training enrollment, training records keeping etc.
• Assist in employee engagement activities, e.g. Christmas Party
• Assist with general office administration if required
• Support adhoc projects and initiatives as assigned by Associate Director – Human Resources

 Requirements: 

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• 2 years or above related working experience (fresh graduates are also considered)
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, multi-tasking, self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure
• Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Strong HRIS database knowledge
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Well-versed with HK Employment Ordinance
