Job Responsibilities:

• Perform full-spectrum of HR functions including Recruitment, Payroll & MPF computation, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Employee relations, Leave Administration and Training;
• Manage and maintain HRIS administration;
• Assist in formulating, reviewing and implementing HR policies and procedures from time to time;
• Prepare regular reports for management review;
• Assist in employee relations & training projects;
• Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned.

• Degree in HRM or above or relevant disciplines;
• 2 years o above hands-on HR experience in sizable company, preferably gained in retail/F&B industry;
• Familiar with HKSAR Employment Ordinance and other HR related legislations;
• Experience in using BIPO is an advantage;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing;
• Self-motivated, attentive to detail with good communication skills and a good team player;
• Strong sense of responsibility, initiative and able to work independently;
• Immediate available is preferred.
