Responsibilities

- Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including Recruitment and Contract handling, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits administration and System Enhancement.

- Assistant in HR operations including contract preparations, forms and staff probation review, annual salary review and salary benchmark.

- Support C&B Team in group medical and insurance update, expatriates and employee compensation arrangement.

- Responsible for data input to the HRIS system

- Prepare / coordinate regular report for management review.

- Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations

- Assist in any ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

- Degree holder in HR Management/Business Administration or related discipline

- Min 3 years of relevant working experience in Human Resources and hands-on experience in Compensation & Benefit is preferable

- Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations

- Proactive, organized and detail-minded

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Good team player, able to work independently and under pressure

- Familiar with MS Office and HRIS application, English & Chinese Word Processing

** Experience in service industry would be an advantage**
