Responsibilities

• Support all-rounded Human Resources daily operations to a small team in managing full employee cycle from talent searching support, on-boarding, payroll, leave and benefits administration, performance management, to exit process
• Maintain personnel records and document filings
• Any other ad hoc duties / projects as assigned

Requirements

• Degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
• HR generalist experience / talent acquisition experiences preferred
• Knowledge in Employment Ordinance and relevant statutory regulation
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Familiar with MS Excel
