Job Description:

  • Handle HR duties, including recruitment, staff leave, attendance record administration, monthly payroll preparation, MPF administration, taxation issues, and provide clerical and administrative support.
  • Handle general administrative duties and office support including procurement and maintenance of office equipment / facilities, replenishment of office supplies & stationery.
  • Responsible for the full spectrum of office administration including office renovation, printing and mailing service, counter services, meeting and facilities management
  • Implement day-to-day office operation, procurement of office supplies, office equipment and maintenance services
  • Handle phone calls, email enquiries and provide customer services
  • Update staff information and maintain proper filing system
  • Assist in any ad hoc projects and events as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Relevant experience in HR and administration work
  • Experience in accounting is an advantage
  • Familiar with Well-versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, labor law, MPF ordinance is an advantage
  • Well-organized, strong sense of responsibility and contribute as a strong team player
  • Proficiency in MS Office and, Chinese Word Processing
  • Good interpersonal skill and systematic working manner
  • Self-motivated, mature, detail-minded, able to work independently and responsible.
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Candidates will have written test during the interview
