Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Collection and screening of daily operation reports, and checking of all related data and statistics for elderly homes
- Responsible for preparing market research and price comparison
- Coordinator for identifying suitable vendors and execute product assessments
- Liaise with SWD, all elderly homes and head office in daily operation
- Assistance review the data for yearly insurance renewal and budget planning in all homes
- Prepare and issue quotations and invoices
- Perform ad hoc projects as required
Requirements:
- DSE or Diploma in business discipline
- Minimum 2 years working experience in private aged homes
- Excellent telephone manner, plus good interpersonal and communication skills
- Mature, flexible, committed, detail-minded and good team player
- Good PC knowledge and hands-on knowledge of Microsoft office, such as Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Relevant working experience in elderly home and holding Health Worker Registration Certificate is preferred
