The primary role and responsibilities are as follows: -

Primary Responsibilities:

• In charge of office administration duties, include but not limited to, managing office supplies and equipment, arranging orders for stationery/pantry/utility items.
• Manage the entire office supplies and equipment procurement process from supplier sourcing to purchase order issuing.
• Handle office insurance and renewal.
• Assist in office renovation and refurbishment tasks and projects.
• Arrange maintenance works for office and equipment.
• Provide regular training to staff on office security and office equipment.
• Maintain good records of office equipment, movables furniture, keys, and liaise with Finance on timely payment. 

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Assist and maintain office database system.
• Handle room and venue bookings, and related rental contracts and invoicing when needed.
• Backup Concierge when needed.

Job Requirement

• Higher Diploma in Business related disciplines.
• Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in an administrative role.
• Strong in computer skills including Excel, Words, PowerPoint.
• Organised, versatile, relational and ability to think on the feet.
• Self-motived, responsible and sensitivity in dealing with confidential matters.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese; Mandarin will be an advantage.
• Occasional working on Sunday maybe needed.
