Job responsibilities:

•           Develop, implement and deliver technical knowledge and practical training programs and learning materials for all target participants.

•           Monitor overall quality of field service coaching delivery at shop level to ensure therapists' service and business focus are consistent.

•           Conduct shop visit, briefing, field coaching regularly to ensure the service level and performance are up to standard.

•           Responsible for organizing and on-site training on beauty treatments, body care techniques and preparation related courses, teaching resources and tools.

•           Teach and improve staff equipment and beauty skills and techniques.

•           Ensure products and treatments are used in the correct way.

•           Assist in ad hoc project/tasks as and required.

Requirements:

•          Minimum 2 years' training experience or above in beauty industry is must
•          Qualified from international beauty & training certificates (CIBTAC, CIDESCO, ITEC, CITY & GUILDS or TQUK)
•          Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
•          In-depth knowledge of the beauty equipment and trends
•          Proficient in PC skills including Microsoft Offices and Chinese Word Processing
•          Good command of written and spoken Chinese & English
•          Immediate available is highly preferred
