Job Highlights :

• Mainly focus on 80% Accounting , 20% Administration 
• 5 Days work / No OT Culture & good working environment

Job Description: 

• Work with AC team for daily general AP / AR support;
• Assist in Monthly end closing & report;
• Prepare Invoice / Cheque & related documents; 
• Regular update records in system & handle filing ;
• General administration support including (Conference room arrangement / couriers arrangement.....);
• Assist in other ad hoc tasks as requested;

Qualifications :

• Degree holder; 
• 2 - 4 years Accounting working experience (stable working background as request); 
• Good concept in Account Processing; 
• Knowledge of Word, Excel & Chinese word processing; 
• General Speak & written in English & Mandarin , Fluent in Cantonese; 
• Immediate or short notice is preferable;
