The role will be expected to manage day to day HR operations with support from a Senior HR Specialist and to play the business partner role to support the senior management of Hong Kong office.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee and administer the full spectrum of HR & Administration functions in Hong Kong office including but not limited to recruitment, performance management, payroll administration, employee relations, benefits and trainings, etc.
• Provide senior management and function heads with value-added HR advice to support employee management in Hong Kong office.
• Assist line managers with legal compliance through education, consultation, and monitoring to prevent labor disputes from happening.
• Supervise and evaluate administration suppliers to ensure their service meets company’s requirement.
• Support in rolling out regional and global initiates at local level.
• Overseeing administrative tasks

 REQUIREMENTS

• University degree in Business Admin, HR Management, or equivalent
• At least 8 years of experience in HR management with 5 years at managerial level (Agency experience is preferred)
• Familiar with HK labor ordinances
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships at all levels
• Independent, mature, proactive, well-organized, detail-minded
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Knowledge in HRIS is a plus
