Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Full Spectrum of HR Functions
- Assist in formulating, reviewing and implementing HR & Admin policies, procedures and guidelines
- Responsible for all rounded office administration duties and supervise the administration team
- To identify training needs and assist in designing and implementing training programs
- To evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and conduct follow-up activities
- Handle ad hoc projects as required
Requirements:
- With at least 5 years or above relevant working experience
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent
- Familiar with HK Employment Ordinance and MPF Ordinance
- Good command in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with analytical mind
- Well organized, detail minded, proactive and able to work under pressure
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
