Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry, account set up and document verification of new merchant application
- Contact related internal and external parties to obtain further document on account set up
- Prepare report for management and merchants
- Provide general clerical and administrative support to the team
- Prepare and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cases
Requirements:
- HKCEE or DSE graduate with 5 subjects passed, including English, Chinese and Mathematics
- Knowledge of system enhancement requirement analysis, data analysis and testing cases preparation is preferred
- Familiar with MS Office applications
- Accurate and fast English and Chinese typing speed not less than 35 wpm
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good telephone manner
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service awareness
- Working location: Kowloon Bay
