Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle full spectrum of office administration and HR functions
- Provide secretarial and administrative support
- Familiar with tickets and hotels reservation
- To provide all-rounded office admin support, including but not limited to managing office supplies, equipment and facilities maintenance, asset management, and procurement etc.
- Support ad-hoc assignments.
Requirements:
- With at least 2 years relevant related experience
- Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration or equivalent
- Proficient in PC Skills, including MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Able to work independently & under pressure
- Strong sense of responsibility, proactive, pleasant, a good team player, well-organized and detail-oriented.
- 5 months contract period (June - Nov 2022)
