Duties

• Ensure office administrative operation including office supplies and maintenance
• Responsible for the procurement of office supplies and equipment
• Assist in formulating and implementing office administration policies
• Maintain administrative records & expense allocation
• Coordinate with internal departments to execute company activities

Requirements

• DSE/ F.5 or above with 1 year relevant experience is preferred 
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Good communication in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• High sense of responsibility with detail minded personality
• Able to work independently
• Fresh graduate with willing to learn attitude is still welcome
