Do you have 2 years' HR experience in the legal sector with an interest in furthering your career with Learning & Development (L&D) in an international law firm?

You'll be working in the firm's cross-regional Asia HR team in Hong Kong and support the Learning & Development Manager in the provision of a high quality and seamless L&D service to internal staff and some external clients. You'll be involved in cross-departmental and firm-wide coordination of training administration matters and oversee some firm-wide regulatory and administrative activities. The successful candidate will give support in the administration, organisation, coordination and liaison of the firm's core development programmes across the Asia region. 

WHAT

• Coordinate all Practice Certificate applications and annual renewals for lawyers, liaise with the Hong Kong Law Society;
• Manage the firm's Internal Learning Management System and ensure all the training records (CPD and non-CPD) for the firm's Hong Kong and Singapore qualified lawyers are filed;
• Support the team daily’s administration and operation but not limited to inputting data, running reports, updating attendance and CPD points, monthly newsletter, editing and uploading of videos and other learning materials etc. for the regional L&D team
• Liaise with the firm's L&D vendor and various client groups, to give support in both physical and virtual training events, event planning and coordination
• Conducting an L&D induction session for new joiners in Asia Business Service team and assist on managing the L&D calendar in multiple mailboxes or team diaries
• Being the contact person of dealing with queries relating to Asia Continuing Professional Development .

YOU

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management with 2 years’ relevant experience in HR (Law firm experience is an advantage)
• Strong attention to detail, organised, good multi-task operator and team player 
• Computer literate; proficient in MS Office Suite and Windows and familiarity with learning technologies
• 'Can-do' and positive attitude and with good communication skills who able to work as part of a team or on their own
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
