Our client, a Japanese  company is looking for a HR Manager to join their team as follows:

Job Duties:
• Responsible for all-rounded HR duties such as:
• Manage the recruitment process such as screening CVs, arranging interviews, preparing employment contracts, handling the onboarding and offboarding process
• Responsible for employees’ performance management such as conducting appraisal reviews and salary research
• Manage employees relations
• Oversee and verify the payroll calculation(No need to calculate by yourself)
• Prepare monthly HR reports and coordinate with other branches in Asia
• Review insurance policies with insurance companies
• Arrange training programs by liaising with external vendors
• Deliver company policies and/or guidelines to employees
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirement:
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• At least 5 years of HR experience gained from a sizable company
• Fluent in English and Chinese
• Basic tax knowledge would be an advantage
• Experience in using HRIS system would be an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office(Excel, Pivot table)
