Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate and handle event management duties including event rundown, logistics, materials copywriting and design supervision, etc;
• Handle Advertising and Promotion duties including advertisement / advertorial / video script / brochure / leaflet copywriting & design supervision / decoration of school premises;
• Handle the administrative matters of the membership program;
• Conduct various research internally and externally and analyze the data collected;
• Prepare the reports after the data analysis;
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• Advanced Diploma or above or professional qualification in Marketing;
• Minimum 1-year relevant working experience in Event Management / Market Research / Customer Service;
• Creative, well organized, proactive and able to work under pressure;
• Proficient in computer software applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
• Candidate with design / photography / video editing skills will be an advantage;
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Marketing Officer.
