We are now looking for a talented Administration & HR Assistant to be our team member. 

Responsibilities:

• Support the full spectrum of HR and admin operations;
• Responsible for the inventory of general supplies & maintenance of office administration & Beauty Center;
• Handle general administrative tasks including but not limited to administration handling, filing and scanning, regular report handling;
• Responsible for the recruitment process, from candidate sourcing, interviews arrangement, and offers extension and commencement;
• As hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in HR and Admin related disciplines preferred;
• A minimum of 1 year working experience in HR & administrative support;
• Good telephone manner and interpersonal skills with pleasant personality;
• Hands-on knowledge in computer applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
• Proficient in written English & Chinese.
