Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide operational support on all HR matters including recruitment, compensation & benefits, and training & development
- Provide comprehensive HR services including performance management, employee issues / enquiries and reporting
- Handle staff issues including, but not limited to disputes, disciplinary actions, and work injury
- Manage the annual performance appraisal, and participate in cost allocation and staff cost budgeting
- Ensure HR functions in compliance with Hong Kong Labour Ordinance and local regulations
- Support HR projects and initiatives
- Handle ad-hoc assignments as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or Business related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years related experience, preferably experience in FMCG or Retail Industry
- Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other regulatory practices
- Good communication, problem-solving and analytical skills
- Self-motivated, well-organized, proactive, detail-minded andable to work independent
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
- Candidates with more experiences may be considered as Assistant HR Manager
