Our client is a premier listed company which is seeking a high caliber to join their team as  Human Resources Officer or Senior Human Resources Officer.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide a full spectrum of HR services, including but not limited to recruitment, payroll, performance management and staff engagement programmes
• In focus of performing C&B support on payroll, employee attendance & leave management, benefits management
• Assist in reviewing and developing HR & C&B policies, guidelines and procedures for ensuring compliance with HK Employment Ordinance and other local regulations
• Participate in ad hoc duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• 2 years or above all-rounded HR experience
• Experience in C&B function will be an advantage
• Well versed with HK Employment Ordinance and other related legislation
• Detail-oriented, independent with good organizational skills
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
