Duties: 

• All round HR duties including recruitment, policy review, C&B and on boarding issues etc.
• Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides
• Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance
• Communicating with external partners
• Assisting with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information, i.e. holiday and sick days taken
• Helping with various arrangements internally, from travel to processing expenses 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline, Fresh graduate is highly preferred 
• Fast learner, detail-minded, responsible, organized and self-motivated
• Excellent communication skills, interested in Regional office
• Language proficiency in English, Mandarin & Cantonese 
• Immediate available preferred
