Job Description
Our client is an international company, a global materials solution provider and manufacturer. They are looking for a Temporary Shipping Clerk/Coordinator providing shipping & logistics admin support to the team, ensuring safe and on-time delivery of material to customers.
- 5 working days
- 6 months contract
- Working location at Kwai Fong
- Salary HK$20,000 per month, Bank Holiday, Contract end bonus
The job:
- Provide clerical & shipping admin support to the team
- Handle shipping documents and PO, invoice checking and verification
- Monitor and administer logistics transactional movements, arranging delivery schedules
- Coordinate with internal and external parties
The person:
- Form 5 or above with relevant experience in shipping and logistics operation
- Experience of MS Excel & Word and SAP
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Attention to detail, well-organised, team player and responsible
- Good communication & time management skills
