Job Description
Job requirements:
- Contract period around six months
- Degree holder and level 3 in Chinese Lang and English Lang in HKCEE
- Provide general administrative support to senior officers, including scheduling of meetings/functions, drafting of documents, vetting of returns, collating data and compiling statistics, performing filing duties, preparing briefs and Q&As for seniors as required
- Assist in organizing meetings/functions, including preparation for agenda and notice and minutes of meeting and providing logistics arrangements for meetings/ functions
- Liaise with stakeholders and handle public/media enquiries and complaints
- Assist in various issues of office accommodation, reporting the malfunctions of office equipment, human resources management and general administration issues
- Assist in the setting up of a new sub-office when necessary
- Good command of both spoken and written in English
