Our client is an international engineering company with solid business foundation sustainable business development in the electric industry. Because of business need, a HR Business Partner and TA Lead role is raised for the HR talent to join the expanding business in the fast-paced working environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the senior executives and directors to support the business plans and strategies in HK local market.
• Provide full range of professional HR services and advice such as performance management, manpower planning, recruitment & selection, labour relation, employee engagement, succession planning, etc.
• Work closely with top management team on any HR initiatives and take part in the company strategic decision making
• Review and streamline processes to achieve operational efficiency and support future business growth;
• Liaise with all internal and external stakeholders to implement HR administration policies and procedures in the work environment.
• Drive a culture of growth, organization changes, business transformation and positive employee relations
• Be a servicing partner to business unit in terms of guiding growth and ensuring a comprehensive HR infrastructure in place
• Participate in ad hoc HR projects within the Group as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• At least 5 year’s solid HR & Administration experience with preference in sizable organization
• Fast-decision maker, proactive, excellent leader with strong communication skills
• Excellent stakeholder's management and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is essential
