Key Responsibilities:

• Perform internal communications functions especially in assisting content development via digital and online platform.
• Organise and provide logistic support to internal communication activities / events.
• Provide administrative support to specific project teams and be responsible for the coordination of internal and external parties.
• Develop creative ways to actively engage employees and connect them to the Organisation.
• Assist in planning, budgeting and implementing the employee engagement activities.
• Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Corporate Communications or related discipline.
• At least 2 years’ relevant working experience.
• Proficient in PC applications such as Microsoft Office, preferably with knowledge in design software. Good knowledge in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop and experience in video production and video editing will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in spoken and written English & Chinese.
• Self-driven, creative and well-organised.
