Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Perform all round HR & Administration functions including recruitment and selection, on-boarding and orientation, compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development, employee engagement programs and daily operations
  • Responsible for C&B functions including monthly payroll, MPF, taxation administration
  • Monitor and maintain HRIS system
  • Formulate and implement HR policies, guideline and procedures
  • Liaise with business lines, candidates, job posting channels and recruitment agencies
  • Maintain complete, up-to-date, accurate HR records
  • Provide support in general office administration duties
  • Participate in various ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

  • University graduate major in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • 7 years’ experience in Human Resources and Administration preferably in food manufacturing, retails or customer services industry
  • Solid experience in hands-on HRIS implementation and management
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, attentive to details and possess a service-oriented attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and employment related legislation
  • Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications, especially in Excel function and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Human Resources & Administration Officer
