• Be the first contact point to resolve and advise Line Managers on recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management etc
• Manage monthly variable pay / incentives calculation, and ensure the processes which are in line with internal audit and principal’s requirements
• Propose and organise staff engagement activities and fully responsible for the staff committee with the aim to strengthen & uphold employee satisfaction level
• Keep track on staff wellbeing & satisfaction level in order to resolve potential staff issues proactively
• Responsible for the internship & apprenticeship programme and maintain a reciprocal relationship with VTC
• Support the HR Manager on special projects e.g. talent management, development, incentive / commission review
• Any other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor 

• Tertiary educated with major in Human Resources or related discipline
• Possess at least 5 years’ working experience in HR field preferably as Business Partner or possess C&B experience
• Pro-active, excellent inter-personal skills and able to deal with difficult situations with logical sense
• Positive with can-do attitude and uphold HR professionalism 
• Well versed with HK & MC employment ordinance 
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Proficiency in the use of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
