Job Description
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or solid experience in office administration
- Familiar with operation and practices of Construction/Engineering industry is an advantage
- With experience of preparing tenders, quotations, invoices, statement of account, and project sheets
- With accounting knowledge is preferred
- Proactive, self-motivated, well-organized, detail-minded, multi-tasking with strong problem solving, and good communication skills
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Fluency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Proficient PC skills in MS Office and Chinese word processing
- 5.5 days work per week during probation & 1 Sat off per month after probation
Responsibilities:
- Provide full range of administrative/secretarial support mainly to the Management and Project Team
- Answering incoming call, registration of incoming / outgoing correspondence, documentation.
- Liaise with Clients/Sub-contractors to ensure smooth and on time project completion
- Prepare project reference, project sheets, tenders and quotations
- Handle project invoicing, payment follow-ups, co-ordination, purchasing and other ad-hoc related duties
- Any other duties assigned by supervisor
- Immediate available is MUST
