Our client, a reputable Japanese retail group, is seeking for a Japanese speaking Administrator to support their operation in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare documents related to factory audit, etc
• Create reports according to the instruction of the department
• Assist the team in clerical duties
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Few years experience in administration. Knowledge in merchandizing is a definite advantage but not a must
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese).  Business level in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above)
• Microsoft Word, Office and PowerPoint
• Good team player and communication skills
