Your role at FINNOVASIA

• Assist the Operations Manager as she performs her duties
• Assist general office support, including research, filing, scanning, data entry, and other office administration support, maintaining accurate and complete records
• Answering phone calls
• To handle both internal and external documents delivery
• To check and refill office supplies
• To assist in logistic of company events and staff activities
• Take on additional tasks or projects to learn more about accounting and office operations
• Assist on events, projects or international programmes
• To complete any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management

Who you are

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, as well as well-organized
• Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is preferable
• Great attitude and willing to learn
• Able to effectively prioritize your workload
• High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility
• Great multi-tasking skills and ability to work in a fast pace environment
• Motivation and strong desire to take on new challenges and learn as much as possible
• Proficiency with computers, especially with spreadsheets
• A passion for the FinTech industry is a plus
