• Prepare quotations and tenders
• Update quotation and SO data into the system
• Assist in following up the progress of work orders with customers
• Assist with ordering materials with suppliers
• Handling incoming calls and email communications
• Proper handling of file systems
• Assist with ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor

• At least 1 year working experience
• Fresh graduate may also be considered
• Knowledge in MS Office, Chinese word processing
• Self-motivated, responsbile, stable and strong team spirit
• Immediate availability or short notice is highly perferable
