- Assist in full spectrum of Human Resources functions, including but not limited to Recruitment, Compensation & Benefit and Employee Relations
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, including job advertisement posting, sourcing, screening, arranging & conducting interviews, hiring proposal preparation and offer extension
- Assist in various HR projects such as employee reward, health & wellness program, performance management, company policies & procedures
- Prepare various HR related reports and data analysis
- Support staff activities & event coordination
- Perform ad-hoc assignments as required
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in Human Resources field
- Well versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations
- Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS office applications
- Immediate available is highly preferred
