Responsibilities:

• Perform HR Functions including payroll, MPF, staff benefits, performance appraisal etc
• Handle recruitment and interview process including phone interview, contract preparation, on-boarding administration, preparing training material etc
• Review and implement C&B policies and procedures to meet business needs
• Design performance based evaluation tools and strategies for talent retention and motivation
• Support management to develop and follow up individual development plan with regular feedback sessions
• Nurture a positive working environment through employee relations activities and communication
• Assist in administration tasks and other ad-hoc duties as required
  
  Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• 2+ years relevant working experience, preferable from digital & E-commerce background
• Strong planning, organizational and analytical skills, detailed and result oriented
• Ability to deal with complexity and to influence the business at any level of the organization
• Mature, confident and with can-do attitude
• Possess of excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong sense of responsibilities and able to meet deadlines and multi-tasks
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
