Job Descriptions
- Manage the full spectrum of HR and office administration functions including manpower planning, recruitment & selection, performance management compensation & benefits, employee relations, etc.
- Partner with line managers and department heads to implement HR strategy and policies
- Focus on delivering business outcomes through making best use of HR function
- Ability to build long-term, trusting relationships within the organisation
- Support the end-to-end people transformation journey, from structure review, talent mapping and development, implementation and engagement support
- Working with the HR team internally to ensure we hire the right candidates under the recruitment and reward guidelines and principles
- Delivering excellent core HR processes and routines right first time, minimizing grievances and complaints by ensuring people are treated with respect
- Manage the annual budgeting process and ensure all assumptions are valid and reliable; assist in the Company's staff cost management
- Ensure adherence to both HR & company policies, and promote professionalism throughout the workplace
- Assist in ad-hoc projects as required
Job specifications
- Bachelor Degree or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- With at least 6-8 years of relevant experience, preferably from Retail industry
- Strong HR sense with generalist background, well versed of HK employment ordinances
- Able to work independently, detailed oriented and handle multiple tasks with efficient manner
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent in Cantonese, English, Mandarin
- Computer proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Immediately available preferred
