Job Responsibilities

• Perform full spectrum of C&B functions including payroll, benefits, taxation and MPF administration in a timely and accurate manner
• Responsible for HRIS Implementation/Margination and e-Leave system enhancement
• Assist in annual assignment including salary review, performance bonus exercise, incentive scheme, staff cost budget projection
• Participate in establish and implement various C&B policies and initiatives
• Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure the smooth execution of C&B projects
• Handle ad hoc projects as required

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of human resources experience preferably in sizable organizations
• Experience in payroll administration, compensation & benefit is a must and experience in HRIS system project is preferred 
• Proficient in Microsoft  Office, MS Excel in particular
• A good team player with high numeric sense, excellent analytical skill, organization skill, communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Candidate with more experience will also be considered
