Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handling of payment systems and daily checking
- Follow a regular work schedule for the receptionist and its backup of the receptionist
- Monitoring of general administration duties, e.g. reception areas, cleaning, courier services
- Organize meetings and company functions / activities
- Handle office renovation project independently
- Follow up office system included of telephone, recorder and alarm security system & ensure operations normally
- Handle ad hoc assignments or projects when required
Requirements:
- Degree in Finance, Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years working experience of Administration in banking industry
- Strong self-motivation, attentiveness to details and ability to work under pressure
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin is preferable
- Immediate available is highly preferred
