Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing the daily operation of the entire spectrum of Human Resources functions including recruitment and selection, benefits administration, performance management and employee relations
- Ensure relevant policies and procedures of the entire Human Resources Department are in compliance with the statutory requirements and the Hospital’s objectives
- Design and deliver in-house training programs and evaluate the effectiveness
- Constantly review operating flow, procedures and recommend effective improvement initiatives for performance enhancement
- Implement and enhance the Human Resources Information System and maintain employees’ database in the System
- Analyse recruitment effectiveness, explore new recruitment channels and recommend improvement measures
- Participate in the coordination and implementation of various Human Resources projects and initiatives
- Supervise and monitor the work progress of team members
- Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- Minimum 6 years’ relevant experience preferably in sizable organization or healthcare industry
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
- Familiar with computerised Human Resources Information System and Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
- Proficiency in using Microsoft applications including Excel, PowerPoint and English & Chinese Word Processing
- Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive, responsible and able to work independently
