Job Description
Our client is the world's leading manufacturer from Japan. They are looking for high caliber candidates for the position of Assistant Human Resources Manager in the Hong Kong office at Kwai Hing:
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full functions of HR and Office Administration.
- Handle payroll process (HRIS), staff development & company activities.
- Prepare monthly employee report & analysis regularly.
- Review on company policies, procedures and roles & responsibilities.
- Assist in general purchase, inventory, staff benefits and HR support projects.
- Perform ad-hoc / project assignments as required.
- Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in relevant experience.
- Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin. (Japanese is preferable.)
- Proficiency of MS Office, particularly for Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of HRIS in Flex System
- Good communication, logical thinking, problem solving and facilitation, self-motivated, independent, responsible and well-organized
