Job Description

THE JOB

  • Handle day-to-day administration and facilities management including repair and facility maintenance, cleaning services, site security, annual fixed asset stock take, etc
  • Arrange annual fire service inspection and renewal, vehicle license renewal, office security maintenance, license registrations according to regulations and company insurance
  • Support in renovation projects, lease management and sites facility management
  • Maintain updated records of layout plans, E&M drawings and licenses
  • Support company environmental, health and safety initiatives
  • Perform regular facilities preventive maintenance checking and follow-up on improvement works, monitor facility maintenance performance tracking to be within defined KPI
  • Assist in sourcing, tender / RfQ, offers comparison and contract management of facilities maintenance services
  • Assist in purchasing administration functions, including vendor creation and purchase requisition
  • Back up for receptionist and assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned

 THE PERSON

  • Higher Diploma / Associate Degree holder in Business Administration, Facilities Management or relative disciplines
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ relevant working experience, in MNCs preferably
  • Solid experience in renovation and facility repair & maintenance
  • Technical knowledge of building and mechanical / electrical services is required
  • Sound knowledge in Six Sigma, 5S and lean tools will be an advantage
  • Ability to deal with different levels of external business partners / contractors
  • Diligent, dynamic, eager to learn and result oriented
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
