Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic executive admin for Greater China head of service line Valuation & Advisory Services. As a key liaison, this individual will require strong interpersonal skills, understanding of the organization, excellent at and eager to collaborate with many different people and groups. This role will require someone sophisticated and with the ability to work in highly confidential environments.
What will be your exposure?
- Provide executive and administrative support to the business heads in running and managing day-to-day business operations
- Support the preparation of management reports, presentation decks, analysis and other documents as required for management
- Maintain an effective central record management system, keep track of transaction records, and track business performance
- Participate in business management meetings including preparation of meeting materials, agendas and minutes, and follow through progress of projects and works in an orderly and systematic manner to ensure timelines are met
- Drive effective communications across the teams in Greater China, alert the key stakeholders to urgent and important matters and actions required
- Organize and facilitate the business head’s diary, coordinate meetings, appointments, conference calls, activities and travels, and arrange resources with internal and external parties, and perform various personal assistant duties that are highly sensitive and confidential
What are we looking for?
- Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience working with senior management in a sizable organization
- Demonstrate suitable confidence, experience, and maturity to interface with senior executives and officials
- Presentable, team player with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Efficient, well organized, initiative with strong sense of responsibility
- Multitasking with the ability to set priorities, and follow through to meet deadlines
- Analytical mind, attentive to detail, preserve integrity of sensitive information
- Ability to work independently under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced working environment
- Excellent command of English and Chinese (Putonghua is essential)
