Job Description:

  • Develop, implement, communicate and maintain human resource programs for Hong Kong, China and Canada.
  • Formulate and implement human resources policy and procedure to ensure all HR policies and processes are aligned with the company's direction and local laws / regulations, adapted to local culture and bench-marked with the market's best practices. Advises management on human resources policies and practices;
  • Plan, organize and direct activities associated with compensation, benefits, recruitment, employee relations, HR audits and etc
  • Lead ad-hoc regional initiatives
  • Adopt a proactive approach to the company change and response effectively in the role of HR Manager to the dynamic business environment
  • Solve people issues collaboratively with other departments and encourage a partnership working environment with their department heads
  • Enhance the service standard of the department by delivering a full spectrum of quality HR services. Build a service and business oriented team with good customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible for performing all-round Human Resources duties mainly on compensation & benefits and recruitment & selection
  • Maintain staff record and HR system including payroll calculation
  • Handle work injury case, MPF and taxation independently
  • Execute recruitment activities including career fair, recruitment day, remaining contact with NGO and others
  • Assist to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirement:

  • Diploma in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • At least 8 year experience, preferably in F&B industry
  • Willing to accept challenge
  • Must have experience handling over 200 outlets/stores and also have experience handling over 5000 employee.
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other related legislation would be an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
  • Mature team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
