Key Responsibilities

• Support Head of HR to supervise the subordinates to formulate working plans,
• Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, performance management and employee relations,
• Oversee for overall factory administration / HR related matters;
• Optimize the incentive mechanism, rational planning and HR Budget Control
• Handle Ah-hoc duties related to HR and take corresponding action in timely manner  

 Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, HR Management or related disciplines
• 5 years working experiences in manufacturing factory
• Proficiency in MS Office Application
• Mature & Strong in leadership with high Accountability
• Candidate must able to work under pressure
• Thorough knowledge in Employment Ordinance
