Key Responsibilities:

In our quest for sustainable, constant growth and in making the Future Work for Everyone We are currently looking for a number of consultants to join our recruitment teams. High potential candidates without recruitment experience will also be considered as Associates.

• Responsible for sourcing internal database and online sites for suitable candidates to submit for vacancies
• Arranging interviews, preparing candidates for interviews, taking client and candidate feedback
• Managing client offers to candidates
• Developing and managing Candidate pool/portfolio to attract new candidates via networking/social media, job boards, recommendations/referrals
• Establishing and maintaining good relationships with clients
• Identifying and developing business relationships from new to reliable
• Understanding the market trends and providing consultations/insights to clients and candidates

Your Profile:

• Previous experience or a strong passion for a career in recruitment or sales
• Exceptional interpersonal & communication skills
• A strong sense of curiosity and learning ability
• Entrepreneurial, independent team player
• Resilient with strong work ethics
• Ability to work under fast-paced and competitive environment
• Strong command of English & Cantonese is essential with Mandarin being preferred
