Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Executive in all-round business
• Take care of the Senior Executive’s  daily schedule and activities, assist in prioritizing appointments and meetings, accompany in personal and business events
• Liaise and coordinate with external and internal stakeholders and report to the Executive on the progress of assigned projects
• Assist the Senior Executive in external liaison and corporate activities
• Assist the Senior Executive in maintaining good relations with business partners and associates
• Undertake special and ad-hoc project assignments

Job Requirements

• MBA graduate, with professional training in Finance and Investment preferred
• Minimum 8 years' relevant experience in a Personal Assistant capacity
• Prior experience in reviewing investment proposals is an advantage
• Proactive and able to work under tight deadlines and pressure
• Mature, self-motivated, independent with good communication and interpersonal skills to deal with people of different levels and able to maintain confidentiality
• Good business writing and presentation skills
• Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Putonghua
