You will be responsible for:

• assisting in handling full spectrum of HR functions including end-to-end recruitment process;
• assisting in work processes review and preparing documentation on detail work processes and requirements;
• liaising with business contacts on HR initiatives;
• upkeeping accurate employment records and databases;
• preparing HR related statistics and reports; and
• participating in HR projects as and when required.

You should:

• possess a recognised university degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related disciplines;
  
• possess around 2 year of experience as human resources generalist preferably in a sizable organisation; fresh graduate will also be considered;
  
• be a good team player who is proactive with positive thinking and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment;
  
• demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills with capability to communicate and work effectively with internal and external contacts at all levels;
  
• have proficiency in computer applications; and
  
• be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
