Responsibilities:
1. HR duties
• Assist in HR operational functions such as recruitment activities, compensation & benefits administration, performance management and staff relation
• Calculate monthly payroll, MPF and final payment

• Assist to formulate and implement HR policies and procedure to ensure compliance
• Prepare staff income tax reports and submit to IRD
• Maintain company’s HR system and staff database
• Prepare HR reports timely & accurately
• Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned

2. Admin duties
• Perform general administrative support to the company including, equipment maintenance, insurance and licenses renewal, make booking and reservation
• Supervise all general office needs (office procurement, site renovation, oversee deliveries, etc)

Requirements:
• Degree holder
• Working experience in payroll processing & HR functions is highly preferred
• Having basic knowledge in HK Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations/ordinances
• Proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin). Good communication level in Japanese for internal use (JLPT N2 or above)
• Good command of computer software applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

• Good communication skills, detail-minded, independent
