As an early stage company with rapid growth ahead of us, Hush Home is looking for a dynamic and flexible candidate to join as our HR Manager on a part-time basis. We are expecting someone who is experienced to be an all-round HR professional and report directly to the co-founders. You will have broad responsibility to perform comprehensive HR functions to cope with our business needs in a fast-moving ecommerce business.

Your Dream Job

1. Recruiting. Responsible for end to end recruitment process from posting job ad to interviewing candidate and onboarding / offboarding. 

2. HR Business Partner. Work with co-founders to align HR strategy with company’s core business strategy. 

3. Leave & Employee Records. Use HR software to administer employee’s leaves and maintain employee records.

4. HR Policies. Update staff handbook  and make sure all policies comply with the Employment Ordinance.

5. Office Administration. Refresh office supplies and maintain the office equipment and facilities. 

6. Other HR Admin Tasks. Other supporting administrative tasks on an ad hoc basis.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or equivalent
• 3 to 5+ years experience in all-rounded HR functions
• Solid experience at recruiting is highly preferred
• Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and Human Resources practices in Hong Kong
• Knowledge of HR systems (such as Talenox) is a big plus!
• A people person!
• Ability to work independently
• Adaptable in a dynamic environment
• Fluent in English is a must
